Returns and Refunds Policy

– Thank you for shopping at Insane Prices (Pty) Ltd.

– If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite
you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

– The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with
via our website www.insaneprices.co.za.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

– “Insane Prices (Pty) Ltd” (referred to as either “The Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this
Agreement).

– “Goods” refer to the items offered for sale on the service website.

– Orders mean a request by “you” to purchase “Goods” from “Us”.

– Service refers to the “Website” – www.insaneprices.co.za.

– Website refers to Insane Prices (Pty) Ltd and is accessible from
www.insaneprices.co.za

– “You” meaning the individual accessing or using the “service”, or the company,
or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or
using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

– You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason
for doing so.

– The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which you
received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not
the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

– In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your

– We will reimburse you no later than 10 business working days from the day of which we have received
the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment to you as you used to place the original order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

– In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The “Goods” were purchased in the last 30 days.

– The “Goods” are in the original packaging.

– The “Goods” have not been used or damaged.

– You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

– The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

– The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be
returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

– The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

– The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
inseparably mixed with other items.

– We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet
the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

– Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot
be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by
applicable law.

Returning Goods

– “You” are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the “Goods” to “Us”.

– “We” cannot be held responsible for “Goods” damaged or lost in returning shipments. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received
return delivery.

Gifts

– If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to
you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the
returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

– If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had
the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the
refund to the gift giver.

Exchanges

– To be eligible to exchange an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of payment along with the invoice you received when purchasing the product/products.

– We will only exchange items for the following reasons:

– If an item was damaged during transit by our delivery company (Please provide proof with pictures of the condition you received your item, along with any visible damage to your item).

– If an item is not working or has malfunctioned due to manufacturing issues (Within 30 days of purchase no exchange after 30 days of the original purchase).

– If you have received the incorrect item or package.

– If you did not receive your package at all.

– Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, you will need to send it back to Insane Prices (Pty) Ltd (Us). Please contact us by sending us an Email or WhatsApp in order to arrange your product/product’s return.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be replaced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your replacement or original item will be shipped to you using your original shipping method. If your item was disapproved for a replacement you will need to pay for additional shipping to retrieve your item otherwise you can collect from one of our collection points – Please contact us on WhatsApp or email to arrange a collection time, day, and location.
